This prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The closing date for entries is 31 August 2010. uShaka Marine World reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time. The draw will be random and audited.
The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The prize will be awarded to the first 10 entrants drawn at random and the winners will be notified within seven days of the prize draw.
Winners must be willing to be photographed and interviewed by the promoters and have their names published in promoter correspondence.
By entering this competition the participant accepts the full terms, conditions and rules of this competition and agrees to abide by these rules and any requirements and/or proceedings issued by uShaka Marine World in regard to the competition.
No liability is accepted for any loss or damages relating to the use of the uShaka Marine World web site and the reliance of information contained in it.
Entrants to the competition acknowledge, by their participation in the competition, that they have read the legal notice pertaining to this site.
Only valid and unique e-mail addresses will be accepted as referrals. No duplication of e-mail addresses will be accepted.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other offer at uShaka Marine World. Half price combo tickets may only be used once within a period of 1 month and expires 1 month from date of issue. This ticket is valid for one person only, and that person being the name bearer featured on the ticket.
