Terms and conditions

Subject to the terms and conditions set out below:

Right of admission is reserved at the discretion of uShaka Marine World and its Senior Management ("management")
This promotion runs from 1 July to 31 July 2011
The purchase of a valid uShaka Sea World, Wet ‘n Wild, Combo or Dangerous Creatures ticket, allows the bearer to enter uShaka Kids World for R5.00 only
Redemption is only valid on the date of purchase of ticket, and may be used once.
Redemption is only valid for one person per valid ticket purchased
Where admission is refused, or the bearer is evicted from uShaka Marine World and/or demarcated areas, no refund will be paid
Voucher re-sales are not permitted where being sold for profit or commercial gain. Any re-sales will render the voucher null and void
Under no circumstances will any refund be given
uShaka Marine World will not accept liability for replacement in the event of a ticket been lost
uShaka Marine World, and its employees and agents shall not be liable for any loss, injury or damage howsoever caused to the redeemer
This voucher is issued subject to the Terms and Conditions of sale or issue. By using this voucher you acknowledge that you have read such terms and conditions and undertake to abide by same. The decision made by uShaka Marine World is final
The management reserves the right to make any alterations to the advertised arrangements, without being obliged to offer refund or exchange
